Criminal Trespass

Riding your mountain bike in restricted areas.

Going into your ex-girlfriend's house to retrieve your things that were never returned.

Exploring a building that you believed was abandoned, but ended up not being a good place to play paintball.

Most cases involving criminal trespass don't involve a destructive / bad motive; it's often a matter of curiosity without permission. Although criminal trespass is a misdemeanor, the larger problems is that it's dangerous: if you are illegally on a person's property there is always the risk that the landowner subscribes to the 'shoot first and ask questions later' dispute resolution philosophy.
