The loss of a loved one is unimaginable. As a defense team, it is our job to fully represent our clients, however this does not make us blind to the loss that is at the core of a capital murder. We do not wish to further harm or traumatize the survivors.
Defense Initiated Victim Outreach (DIVO) offers a platform for survivors of capital murder to get their needs met by the criminal process while maintaining the integrity of the defense.
