What Our Clients Say - Testimonials

I need to appeal my case - Next Steps

(1) Gather all the documents you received from the trial lawyer regarding the case.

(2) Were there witnesses that were not called at trial that would have made a difference in the determination of guilt or innocence? If so, gather their names, addresses and telephone numbers.

(3) Act immediately. There is a thirty (30) day deadline to file a Motion for New Trial. The Motion must include sworn affidavits to allow for the possibility of introducing evidence that was not brought out at trial.

Okay. My papers are in order and I have contact information for my witnesses. What now?
